Water in the Food Industry
The 2nd IFC – Water Congress has been postponed to 6th and 7th October 2021 in Messecenter Herning.

The programme will be the same exciting programme as planned for this year, targeted water and food enthusiasts, with possible up-to-date adjustments.
In 2021, the congress will take place together with the International Food Contest and Hi Tech & Industry Scandinavia.
The theme of the congress is Water in the Food Industry with the subtitle Water efficiency - Reduce, Reuse and Recycle and as cross cutting themes: the UN Sustainable Goals (SDG's) and climate change challenges.
The congress is divided into 3 sessions with new water technology aspects for the food industry and applied technology and case studies. The sessions will focus on 3 thematic areas with presentations dealing with:
- Water stewardship
- Water efficiency in operation
- Water reuse in operation - barriers and opportunities
The congress will provide a platform to exchange knowledge and experiences between the food & beverage industry and water experts.
